Based in the Philippines, currently working at the Digital Transformation Office on a job-order basis, and a graduate of the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines.

What makes the work distinct isn't just shipping fullstack apps — it's the habit of going one layer deeper. When most developers stop at "which framework," this is someone who asks "what would it take to write the language myself," then actually does it. Five times.
